_HARCREST STAGE 1 UNDERWAY

Mirvac is nearing completion with the Stage 1 civil works for its Harcrest development at Stud Road, Scoresby.  It has also commenced construction for the sales office, some display homes and other dwellings in Stage 1 of the development.

Collie continues to provide planning advice to Mirvac in relation to the project and is excited to see that Stage 1 is nearing completion.  In particular, we are looking forward to the completion of some built form product on the site to start getting a feel for what the development will eventually look like.
