_SHAKESPHERE GROVE, ST KILDA

The most rewarding part of any project is seeing it come to fruition.

Collie provided town planning services in relation to a mixed use project on a prominent site on Shakespeare Grove in St Kilda.  Collie played a key role in tailoring the planning permit to suit the preferred development outcome.

Construction of the project is now nearing completion.  We think the interesting facade detailing by Richard Swansson Architect will create an interesting new addition to St Kilda.
