Collie has worked closely with Satterley Property Group and Moreland Council over the past few months to successfully facilitate the delivery of approximately 34 new ‘lower entry priced dwellings’ at Coburg Hill.  The dwellings are a mixture of two and three bedroom houses and terraces and are part of the Satterley commitment to provide affordable housing at Coburg Hill.

To help facilitate the formal delivery of the dwellings, Collie provided strategic advice and guidance in relation to the preparation of a suitable legal and planning framework.  Key tasks included assisting with the preparation and negotiation of a Section 173 Agreement and guiding the preparation of a detailed ‘lower entry priced dwellings assessment report’.

All of the dwellings have now been sold.
