_NEW INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTIONS PLAN

At long last the new development contributions have been announced!  Now called Infrastructure Contribution Plans the new contributions will apply separate standard levies for growth areas and for identified strategic development areas, which will take effect from 1 July 2015.  Extracted below is information on the rates.
