An article in The Age last weekend reported that the suburb of Murrumbeena in the inner south-east of Melbourne has experienced the highest “long-term unit price growth in Melbourne”.  According to the article, unit prices have risen 92 per cent in seven years, far exceeding the growth of wealthier inner city suburbs including Toorak and Hawthorn East.

Collie has been involved in a number of townhouse and low-rise apartment developments in Murrumbeena and the surrounding suburbs recently.  We expect to see further development in these locations as the demand for townhouse and apartment style developments in suburban areas continues to grow.
