_TRAFFIC CHAOS JUST ROUND THE CORNER

The recent crane mishap near the Kingsway entry / exit to City Link provides a further example of Melbourne traffic chaos that appears just around the corner at any time.

It just confirms that our continuing reliance so heavily on City Link / Westgate Bridge for major east-west (and to some extent north-south) traffic movement across Melbourne, needs urgent attention.
