_NEW DISPLAY VILLAGE FOR ELEMENTS

Collie recently assisted ID_Land in obtaining a town planning permit for a display village in Dohertys Road, Truganina which will assist in the marketing of ‘Elements’ – a new ID_Land residential land development.

The display village, as shown in the plan prepared by Collie (below), will include the following.

  • 23 display homes.
  • A sales and information centre including a playground and car park.
  • Signs to allow for the advertising of the display village and each display home.
  • Closure of the display village to traffic to pedestrianise the village and allow for a pop-up cafĂ© in the form of a re-worked shipping container, to operate in the street.
