Collie congratulates LCI Education Pty Ltd on obtaining the town planning permits for its new campus at 150 Oxford Street, Collingwood.

Following the issuing of the associated buildings and works town planning permit earlier this year, the change of use town planning permit has been recently issued allowing the use of an education centre.

Collie worked closely with Gray Puksand to prepare both planning permit applications submitted to Yarra City Council.  Collie was involved in the preparation of the planning permit application and liaised with Yarra City Council throughout the process.  The building is part of the former Foy and Gibson complex of warehouses and is of historical and architectural significance to the State of Victoria.

We look forward to the relocation of the LCI tertiary education centre into Oxford Street, Collingwood.
