_Greater Geelong Amendment C301

Collie is pleased to note the approval of Amendment C301 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme, which facilitates the future urban development of the Armstrong Creek South Precinct.

The Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Area (ACUGA) is the primary growth area in the Geelong, Golden Plains, Surf Coast and Colac Otway region.  The ACUGA is expected to accommodate approximately 22,000 dwellings at completion.

Collie assisted CGM Land Pty Ltd in preparing the Armstrong Creek South PSP and in gaining the approval of Amendment C301and we look forward to seeing the continuing development of this significant growth area.
