_BERLUTI ON COLLINS

Collie congratulates Berluti on obtaining a planning permit for its new store in Collins Street, Melbourne.  The store is within the Collins East Precinct which is known as the ‘Paris’ end of Collins Street with a strong presence of luxury international and Australian retail brands.

The store occupies one of the ground retail tenancies with a Collins Street frontage at the Kurrajong House, which occupies the 175 Collins Street.

Collie worked with Arkhe Tekhne Pty Ltd to prepare a planning permit application for alterations to the façade of the building and advertising signs and liaised with Melbourne City Council through the process.

The subject site is affected by a Heritage Overlay that applies to the entire Collins East Precinct and any proposal must be sympathetic to the character of the broader heritage precinct.

We look forward to the opening of the new Berluti store.
