_New Medical Centre for Glen Huntly

Collie recently assisted an applicant in obtaining a planning permit for a medical centre to be located on Grange Road in Glen Huntly.

Collie worked closely with the applicant to advise on requirements and to prepare the planning permit application.  This included briefing a surveyor and traffic engineer to prepare required site plans and specialist reports.

The response to a request for further information by Glen Eira City Council, was completed and resulted in the planning permit being issued.
