_NEW DISPLAY VILLAGE FOR ELEMENTS

Collie recently assisted ID Land in obtaining a town planning permit for a display village in Dohertys Road, Truganina which will assist in the continued marketing of its Elements residential land development.

The display village will include the following.

• Display homes.
• A sales and information centre including a playground and car park.
• Signs to allow for the advertising of the display village and each display home.

When completed, the Elements development will consist of 1600 dwellings, areas of open space, wetland reserves, a prep – year 9 independent school and a shopping centre.
