In a minor but unusual one, Collie recently assisted Cartier with town planning advice in relation to proposed temporary Christmas decorations on the façade of their Collins Street store.  Collie investigated whether the temporary decorations required a planning permit, which proved to be more complex than one might think.

As you can see from the image below, the decorations are impressive (particularly at night) and add to the Christmas spirit in the Melbourne CBD.
