_Old and Inappropriate Subdivision

Collie recently acted on behalf of five landowners in an ‘old and inappropriate’ subdivision’ in the west of Melbourne.  The advice centred around a review of lot ownership, areas and entitlements, in order to recommend a rationalisation of lots into less and more logical parcels.

The purpose of the rationalisation was to enable nearly 100 lots in joint ownership to be consolidated equitably and then allocated to five entities.
