_id land adds gleenlee to armstrong creek
Collie assisted ID Land in obtaining town planning approval for the subdivision of land known as ‘Glenlee’ located in the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth area, approximately 6 kilometres south of the Geelong CBD.
The approved subdivision (layout below) once developed, will comprise over 350 lots with a mix of conventional and medium densities, a district park which provides a localised hub for the community and walking and cycling paths connecting the subdivision to existing development within Armstrong Creek to the west.
In addition to preparing and submitting the town planning application, Collie assisted with reviewing the subdivision plan and advising on changes to the design to provide an improved planning outcome as well as working with the project team in responding to a request for further information from the City of Greater Geelong.|
