_new subdivision approval in highlands
Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining town planning approval at ‘Highlands’ in Craigieburn for the subdivision of land known as ‘Subdivision Plan 33’ (SP33). SP33 will be the newest addition to this extensive and successful Stockland development.
The approved subdivision (layout below) comprises over 140 lots as well as a large area of open space intended to be developed for sporting facilities. SP33 is also located in proximity to a future neighbourhood activity centre, schools and other areas of open space including the Trillium conservation reserve adjacent to the north-west.
As part of the town planning services, Collie liaised closely with Hume City Council in order to address a number of conditions as required under the planning permit.
We understand that sales have already commenced and Collie looks forward to the development of this new part of Highlands.
