_stockland adds to the grove

Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining town planning approval at ‘The Grove’ in Tarneit for the subdivision of land known as ‘The Grove South-West’.  The Grove South-West will be the newest addition to The Grove estate which once completed, is expected to contain approximately 2,500 dwellings.

The subdivision (layout below) comprises over 720 lots with a mix of conventional and medium densities.  The subdivision will also deliver a large area of public open space that also functions as a drainage corridor that traverses the site from north to south.  Shared paths along the reserve will connect to the broader public open space network including the Werribee River and Growling Grass Frog Conservation Reserve, located to the south of the subdivision.

The Grove South-West is also located in proximity to a future schools, a neighbourhood activity centre, community facilities and sporting ovals.

As part of the town planning services, Collie liaised closely with the project team and Wyndham City Council, in particular negotiating a response to a number of requests for further information.

We understand that sales have already commenced and Collie looks forward to the development of The Grove South-West.
