Collie recently assisted a client in obtaining a planning permit through consent orders for the construction of three double storey dwellings in Jenkin Street, Reservoir.

Following refusal of the original planning permit application by Darebin City Council, Collie was appointed to provide town planning advice with the aim of resolving the matter without the need to attend a VCAT hearing.

Collie assisted the client in providing comments on the development plans, liaising with VCAT and reviewing the draft planning permit conditions.

Following agreement by all parties, a planning permit was granted for the three dwelling proposal through VCAT consent orders.
