_Due Diligence Pays

Collie assisted a client recently with due diligence planning advice on a potential site in Kunda Park in Queensland.

The proposed use seemed consistent with the intended use by the client and negotiations had commend with the vendor but…investigations showed that both the previous use and proposed use were at odds with the planning provisions and could not operate lawfully.

The moral of the story: a little due diligence can avoid future big headaches.
