_Eastside Update

Collie recently inspected the progress of the Eastside development, in Highlands, Craigieburn.  As part of our town planning services, Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining a planning permit for the Eastside development, which once completed, will comprise over 200 two storey townhouses.  As part of the development, a number of areas of open space are also provided for the recreational needs of the residents, as seen in the photos below.

The townhouses offer a well-designed medium density development that is conveniently located in proximity to a range of amenities such as the Craigieburn Town Centre, Craigieburn Junction, Anzac Park, the Hume Global Learning Centre and a medical centre.

Collie looks forward to the ultimate completion of the project.
