_New Land in Melbourne North Growth Corridor

Collie is pleased to have assisted the client recently with town planning investigations as part of its due diligence for the acquisition of land located within a new Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) area in the northern growth corridor of Melbourne.

As part of our role, we provided detailed town planning advice including on the key opportunities and constraints of the land and in advance of the approval of the PSP, the likelihood of the land being approved predominantly for residential subdivision and development.
