_Warralily Village
Collie was involved in preparing an Urban Design Framework (UDF) for a Neighbourhood Activity Centre (NAC) known as ‘Warralily Village’ in the Armstrong Creek Growth Area to the south of Geelong.
In addition to preparing the UDF being the strategic development document that guided the design and layout of the NAC, Collie worked with the developers, architects Clarke Hopkins Clarke and the City of Greater Geelong, throughout the UDF approval process.
‘Warralily Village’ has since been constructed and services a developing residential catchment centred on Barwon Heads Road.
More recently, Collie has been involved in providing town planning services for residential masterplanned communities in Armstrong Creek, including to the north of ‘Warralily Village’, and it is pleasing to see that these new communities will benefit from access to the existing services.
