_Residential Subdivision: Due Diligence and Draft Conditions Sorting
Collie was approached to provide due diligence town planning advice to inform the potential purchase of land in the Armstrong Creek urban growth corridor for the purposes of a residential masterplanned community.
As part of the investigations, Collie reviewed the draft planning permit obtained by the previous land owner and since the land was more recently purchased by our client, has been involved in liaising with Council regarding amending and finalising the draft conditions before the issue of the planning permit.
We look forward to the planning permit being issued and the endorsement of the subdivision plan (see excerpt below) by Council, which will allow the project to commence.
The subdivision will be able to utilise facilities and services that have been delivered already with this key growth corridor of Geelong, which includes the nearby Warralily neighbourhood activity centre being another project Collie was involved in.
