_NEW SUPERMARKET-BASED CENTRE

Collie is pleased to have assisted the client recently with town planning investigations as part of its due diligence relating to the possible purchase of land earmarked for a future supermarket-based neighbourhood activity centre within a growth area of Traralgon.

As part of its role, Collie provided detailed town planning advice on the planning scheme as well as on other strategic planning documents and identified key opportunities and constraints for the site.

Collie recommended also various changes to the draft development concept to increase its compliance with planning objectives for the site and to increase the likelihood of obtaining a planning permit.
