_ID_LAND RESERVE A NEW DEVELOPMENT

Collie has assisted ID_Land in obtaining town planning approval for the first stage of a new residential masterplanned community known as ‘The Reserve’.  The Reserve is located in the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth area, approximately 6 kilometres south of the Geelong CBD. 

The approved subdivision comprises 234 lots for residential purposes with a mix of conventional and medium densities that will be in proximity to a future large (2.63 hectares) conservation area and local park as well within walking and cycling distance of a planned neighbourhood activity centre for the surrounding area along Horseshoe Bend Road. 

In addition to preparing and submitting the town planning application, Collie assisted with reviewing the subdivision plan and advising on changes to the design to provide an improved planning outcome as well as working with the project team in responding to a request for further information from the City of Greater Geelong.
