Collie was approached to provide due diligence town planning advice to inform the potential purchase of land within the Craigieburn West urban growth corridor for the purposes of a residential masterplanned community.

As part of our investigations, Collie provided detailed town planning advice on the planning scheme as well as a review of the relevant Precinct Structure Plan in order to advise on any opportunities and constraints for the land.

Collie recommended also various changes to the draft subdivision plan to increase its compliance with planning objectives for the land and increase the likelihood of obtaining a planning permit.  Collie was involved also in various discussions with the project team to inform the potential purchase of the land.
