_HIGHLANDS HEADING WEST
Collie worked with Stockland in obtaining town planning approval for the residential subdivision of land within the Craigieburn West Precinct Structure Plan [CWPSP] area. The approved subdivision, known as ‘Development Plan 40’, marks the expansion of the award-winning community ‘Highlands’ into the new CWPSP area. The proposed subdivision comprises:
- 1,088 lots with a mix of conventional and medium densities;
- large areas of open space for drainage purposes;
- the early delivery of an internal road network that is critical in order to facilitate expansions plans for the Mickleham Primary School.
Collie provided advice to Stockland throughout the CWPSP approval process and more recently, prepared the town planning permit application package and worked closely with the project team to respond to a lengthy Council request for further information process, which has culminated in the issue the planning permit.
