Collie worked with Lawport Property Group in obtaining town planning approval for the subdivision of land within the Kororoit Precinct Structure Plan [KPSP] area.

The approved subdivision, known as ‘Taylors Rise’, is located adjacent to Caroline Springs and is the latest masterplanned community in Melton by Lawport Property Group.

The approved subdivision comprises:

• over 900 lots with a mix of conventional and medium densities;
• a local sports reserve;
• large areas of open space for drainage and recreation purposes;
• a local activity centre with community hub;
• a Government primary school site.

Collie provided advice to Lawport Property Group throughout the KPSP approval process and more recently, prepared the town planning permit application package and worked closely with the project team to respond to a lengthy Council request for further information process, which has culminated in the issue of the planning permit.
