_Medium Density Housing Added to The Grove

Collie assisted Frasers Property Australia in obtaining town planning approval for the subdivision of an infill housing site (pictured below) in The Grove residential masterplanned community that is to comprise medium density housing.

The approved subdivision comprises 28 lots suitable for development within townhouses under the Small Lot Housing Code and is well located, being immediately north of the future Davis Road South Local Town Centre.

As part of our role, we advised on the subdivision to maximise the chances of approval by Wyndham City Council as well as the application requirements and prepared the application to amend a planning permit package for submission to Council.
