_Coles: Its a Sign

Collie recently assisting Coles in obtaining a town planning permit for the display of various advertising signs associated with a supermarket and specialty stores within an activity centre in Craigieburn North.

Our role included advising on the level of information required to be shown on the development plans and reviewing the plans prepared by Clarke Hopkins Clarke.  Following the submission of the planning permit application, Collie was successful in negotiating with Hume City Council minor changes that were required to the signs without reducing the amount of advertising for the centre.

Collie was involved also in obtaining the original planning permit for the development of the activity centre as well in assisting with satisfying conditions of the permit and looks forward to the completion of the project, which is partway through construction.
