Since its inception, Collie has been involved in providing town planning services to Stockland on its award-winning masterplanning community in Highlands, Craigieburn, with the two aerial images below from 2010 (left) and 2022 (right) showcasing the extent of development that has taken place. (as a reference point refer to the lake in the bottom centre).

More specifically, it is pleasing to see the new Craigieburn North Neighbourhood Activity Centre under construction (pictured directly below). . .

as well as other parts of Highlands starting to take shape.
