_MORE IN RESERVE

Since the issue of the first permit in 2021, Collie has had a continuing role in providing town planning assistance to ID_Land on its masterplanned community in Armstrong Creek known as ‘The Reserve’. 

Most recently, Collie assisted in the preparation, submission and post lodgment discussions with planners at Greater Geelong City Council (Council) and the project team, regarding an application to amend a planning permit.  The proposed amendments included:

• the expansion of the subject land creating a new stage and an increase in the total number of lots;
• inclusion of further protection of vegetation through the approved building envelope provisions;
• minor adjustments to the proposed staging;
• changes to the permit preamble to allow for the creation of access to land in a the public acquisition overlay.

The construction of the first few stages of the development are well underway and we look forward to the project progressing.
