- Retail specialty stores including a Liquorland.
- A separate ‘click & collect’ area.
- A large covered outdoor entry / plaza that is to be well landscaped and is to comprise designated seating zones.

Part of our role on the project included:
- providing initial town planning due diligence advice;
- preparing an amended development plan;
- reviewing the existing planning permit and advising on the best planning approach to obtain approval for the design of the centre layout preferred by Coles;
- review of specialist reports prepared by others;
- preparing a landscape masterplan;
- preparing the application to amend the planning permit and coordinating its submission to Latrobe City Council;.
- responding to a further information request and reviewing the draft permit conditions;
- ongoing discussions with Latrobe City Council and other key stakeholders to facilitate the issue of the amend planning permit.
Collie looks forward to the imminent commencement of the project and its contribution to employment in the region.
