_PALM LAKE RESORT UNDERWAY

Back in mid-2022, Collie assisted Palm Lake Resort in obtaining town planning approval for a new residential village in Paynesville. 

As shown in the image below, development of the residential village is well under way.

We look forward to the completion of the project, which will comprise amongst other things, a centralised clubhouse facility and 195 individual living units designed to cater for people over 50 looking to downsize and retire.
