_NEW CHILDCARE FOR HAYMONT

Collie recently worked with the client to obtain town planning approval for a 108-place childcare centre in Charlemont as part of ID Land’s masterplanned community known as ‘Haymont’.

The development situated between Barwon Heads Road and Batten Road, is located within the Horseshoe Bend Precinct Structure Plan in proximity to the Warralily Neighbourhood Activity Centre as well as to a number of existing schools.

Collie prepared the town planning report and collated the planning permit application package for submission to Council.  Furthermore, Collie worked closely with the City of Greater Geelong in negotiating changes to permit conditions to suit the needs of the future childcare operator.

Collie looks forward to the completion of the project and its contribution to Haymont.
