_New masterplanned community in Wollert

Collie worked with Oreana Property to obtain town planning approval for its new residential masterplanned community in the north of Melbourne.  The subject land is located at the corner of Bodycoats Road and Boundary Road within the walkable catchment of a future Local Town Centre in Wollert Precinct Structure Plan area. 

As part of our role on the project, Collie assisted in the preparation and submission of the planning permit application and was involved in post-lodgment discussions with planners at Whittlesea City Council (Council) and the project team.

Some of the key features of the project include:

• 236 standard residential lots;
• three superlots subject to future planning permit application, which will deliver an additional 159 medium / high density lots;
• part of a local park;
• retention of several River Red Gums. 

Collie looks forward to continuing to work with the project team to satisfy conditions of the planning permit and the project commencing.
