_ID LANDS NEXT SITE IN ARMSTRONG CREEK A FIRST FOR NEXT LIVING

Collie is pleased to have assisted ID Land with town planning investigations as parts of its due diligence relating to the successful purchase of land at 439 Boundary Road, Charlemont (the site).

Our initial investigations initially centred around the site being developed entirely as a masterplanned community however, since broadened to include the possibility of part of the site being developed for the purpose of a land lease community for over 50s.

In addition to the community facilities that will be on offer, the LLC will be well serviced by its proximity to areas of public open space and a future neighbourhood activity centre along Horseshoe Bend Road.

We look forward to the project proceeding being, an exciting new project for ID Land as well as its contribution to its expanding portfolio in the Armstrong Creek growth area.
