_MOVING CLOSER TO THE HORIZON
You may recall that Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining town planning approval in the form of a planning permit for its ‘Halcyon Horizon’ residential village along Horseshoe Bend Road in Armstrong Creek.
Since the issue of the permit in December 2022, Collie has provided ongoing town planning assistance in satisfying conditions on the permit and development of the residential village has progressed significantly. We are pleased to advise that the first round of occupancy permits have been issued for stage 1 and residents have recently moved in.
As shown in the images below, the sales office and a number of dwellings have now been fully constructed.
We look forward to the development further progressing and our continuing involvement in working with Stockland to close out the remaining conditions of the permit.
