_GRAND CENTRAL PRECINCT C UNDERWAY

As you can see, works in Grand Central Precinct C (pictured below) are well and truly underway with some of the homes having recently been constructed and a number of homes soon to commence construction following the completion of the civil works for the early stages.

The precinct once completed, will benefit from immediate local amenities including, in the form of a local park (pictured below) in stage 14 that was recently completed by Stockland.
