_Another milestone reached for Curlewis
Collie has been providing town planning services to Stockland including as part of the rezoning process for its land holding in Curlewis in the Jetty Road Urban Growth Area, on the Bellarine Peninsula southeast of Geelong.
Planning scheme amendment C387, which rezoned the land (and a wider area) to allow for the future development and use of a residential village on the site, has now been gazetted as part of the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme.

Collie has had a key role on the project and was instrumental in the implementation of changes to the schedule to the Development Plan Overlay to ensure that the proposed residential village type of development was identified for the site, as well as advising on how site interfaces could be addressed.
Collie looks forward to continuing its role on this exciting project in assisting Stockland with gaining the relevant planning approvals for the development.
