_The Reserve: Construction Underway

You may recall that Collie assisted ID_Land in obtaining town planning approval for its masterplanned community known as ‘The Reserve’ in Charlemont, Armstrong Creek – the major growth area south of Geelong. 

Since the issue of the permit in July 2022, Collie has provided continuing planning assistance with permit condition satisfaction.  Development of the project has progressed significantly with the first few stages having been completed. 

Construction on the later stages is still underway and Collie is looking forward to seeing the development reach fruition.
