_Precinct Infrastructure Plan

A common (but perhaps another red tape double up) is the need in greenfield planning approvals and especially under precinct structure plans , to prepare precinct infrastructure plans (PIP).  The PIP repeats the listing of projects required under development contributions (and related permits and section 173 agreements – does that make it a red tape triple-up?) and at times more generally permit requirements. 

An example of a recently approved PIP prepared by Collie is that for the Koukoura Business Park abutting the Hume Freeway in Epping.  An extract is provided below.
