_Halcyon Jardin Construction Update

You may recall that Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining town planning approval in the form of an amended planning permit for its ‘Halcyon Jardin’ residential village on Thompsons Road in Clyde North within the St Germain masterplanned community. 

Since the issue of the amended permit in March 2023, Collie has been providing town planning assistance with satisfying conditions of the permit. 

Development of the residential village has progressed significantly.  As shown in the image below, stage 1 of development, including construction of the community clubhouse facility, is nearing completion and stage 2 is well underway.
