_Little Growling Café at The Grove

Collie recently worked with Frasers Property to obtain planning approval for the Little Growing Café, and associated signs, located within The Grove Sales Centre in Tarneit. 

The sales centre and café also include a playground with the site conveniently positioned between Davis Road and Davis Creek.  The cafe integrates well with the surrounding residential development and shared path network along the Creek. 

Collie prepared the planning report and collated the planning permit application package for submission to Wyndham City Council (Council).  Furthermore, Collie worked closely with the project team through the request for further information process to address the Council comments. 

The Little Growing Café and The Grove Sales Centre continue to contribute positively to the amenity of the surrounding community.
