_Stacked and Wrapped

Development Victoria is developing the Koukoura Business Park on the north side of O’Herns Road (on its corner with the Hume Freeway intersection). 

Collie has been part of the project team, providing the town planning inputs to the development and planning applications. 

A recent application for a stacked and wrapped container sign advertising the availability and sale of lots, has been approved by Whittlesea City Council.
