_Construction Progresses at DP70 in Highlands

Since the original planning permit was issued in late 2024 for Development Plan Area 70 (DP70) in the Stockland masterplanned community ‘Highlands’ in Craigieburn, Collie has continued to provide post-permit planning assistance. 

Most recently, Collie assisted in the preparation and submission of an application to remove native vegetation from land to allow for development of the necessary major drainage infrastructure required to service DP70.  The application has been approved by Hume City Council and the construction of DP70 can continue to progress. 

As evidenced below, the development of DP70 is well underway and we look forward to seeing the development unfold.
