_New Appointments at PPV

With the departure of Kathy Mitchell from the Chief Panel Member role and Con Tsotsoros as her deputy, two new appointments have been announced for Planning Panels Victoria: Sarah Carlisle as Chief Panel Member and Sarah Raso as her deputy.  Chief Sarah has been with PPV since 2015.  Deputy Sarah has been with PPV since 2021.
