_New Medium Density for Highlands
Collie recently assisted Stockland with obtaining planning approval for a medium density superlot that will comprise 56 townhouses within its Highlands masterplanned community.
The superlot forms part of the planning permit area known as ‘Development Plan 70’ (DP70) and sits adjacent to a future local town centre, school and areas of open space.
The approval was sought via an amendment to the planning permit and will boost the housing density in the area and provide more affordable housing options within the masterplanned community.

Further to this, Collie, alongside the project team, assisted in seeking approval from Hume City Council and the Department of Transport and Planning, for a temporary construction access road to enable the development of the subdivision to progress while the Craigieburn Road intersection is constructed.
As evident in the ariel below, civil works for the first few stages are nearing completion while works on the Craigieburn Road intersection are set to start imminently.

We are pleased that the relevant approvals have been issued and we look forward to the delivery of DP70.
