_Construction Progresses at Haymont

Since the first planning permit was issued in 2021 for the Haymont masterplanned community in Charlemont Geelong, Collie has continued to provide ID_Land with further approvals and post-permit planning assistance. 

As evidenced below, the development of Haymont Area 1 is nearing completion while Area 2 has progressed through the first few stages.  Furthermore, we note that Collie had also assisted with obtaining the planning approval for a childcare centre within Haymont, which is also set to be finished shortly.
