_New Graff Store Approved

Collie was engaged to assist Kennedy Luxury Group in obtaining a planning permit for its proposed new Graff retail premise in the ground floor of ‘Francis House’ in the Paris End of Collins Street, Melbourne. 

Francis House is included on the Victorian Heritage Inventory and affected by heritage overlays in the Melbourne Planning Scheme.  The building was designed in the neo-Georgian style and built in 1926-7 for pharmacist Herny Francis and Co. 

Collie worked with TCubed and architects GrayPukSand in seeking approval for the proposed signs which tie in with the Graff branding. 

Collis is pleased that the permit has now been issued and looks forward to the new Graff store opening.
